   Your ticket covers the visitor route through Hagia Sophia's upper gallery, the museum section of the building. From the gallery you look down the full length of the nave and stand level with the great dome, and you pass the surviving Byzantine mosaics, the Deesis and the imperial panels, alongside the Ottoman calligraphic medallions. There is no office to visit, no kiosk queue and no voucher to exchange anywhere else in the city. Every traveler on the booking gets their own QR code, so your group can enter separately if you prefer. The audio guide link is in the same email. Download it before you arrive so you are ready at the gate. Your QR code is issued for the date you booked and cannot be changed or transferred to another date. If your email has not arrived, check your spam folder first, then contact us using the details on your voucher.
