As an official global airport VIP lounge partner, our tickets are valid worldwide—no usage date or lounge restrictions, only passport name verification is needed. You can click "available outlet" at the bottom right of the QR code to view the applicable airports. 3.Ticket(s) are nonrefundable. If your flight is delayed or rescheduled, the ticket will be automatically extended for your next flight at any destination’s VIP lounge. 4. Ensure the name on your ticket matches that on your passport and boarding pass. No refunds for lost tickets or failure to use them on schedule. 5. Frequent business/leisure travelers needing lounge access can buy this airport lounge single-visit ticket for direct use at any airport on their next flight. 6. If the lounge is full, you may not be allowed in and will be asked to come back later. 7. The standard stay duration is usually 2–4 hours. This varies in different airports. You can click "available outlet" at the bottom right of the QR code. If you have purchased a double standard hours pass, once the initial standard hour period has elapsed, you may need to go to reception and re-scan your QR code to activate the remaining time. 8.
