   Colosseum

   This tour will include two of Rome's most popular tourist attractions, the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. History will be brought to life as your expert guide enthralls you with evocative tales of how life was lived in ancient Rome, and how thousands gathered to be entertained and excited by the sight of gladiators and wild animals literally fighting for their lives in what was often a gory, bloody spectacle.

   Roman Forum

   Your Colosseum experience will be followed by a stroll to another iconic symbol of Rome, the Roman Forum, which for hundreds of years was a focal point for the everyday lives of the citizens of ancient Rome. It once witnessed triumphant processions to reinforce the power of the empire, and it was also a political hub where elections were held and important political figures would address the masses. Moreover, it was an important centre for trade.

At the newsagent in front of the Colosseum Metro Station Exit - ground level. Street address is: Via dei Fori Imperiali in front of the Colosseum. Your tour guide will be holding a sign with your name.
