After booking, you will receive a confirmation with all transfer details. For airport arrivals, we monitor your flight in real time to adjust the pickup time in case of delays. Upon landing at Lisbon Airport (LIS), your professional driver will meet you at the official Meeting Point in the Arrivals Hall, holding a sign with your name. Assistance with luggage is always included. For departures, your driver will pick you up directly at your hotel, accommodation, or specified address at the scheduled time. We recommend being ready 10 minutes before pickup. The journey between Lisbon and Óbidos or Caldas da Rainha takes approximately 60 to 90 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. During the ride, enjoy a comfortable, private, door-to-door service in a premium vehicle with an experienced local driver. Upon arrival, your driver will ensure a smooth and safe drop-off at your destination.

Your booking includes 15 minutes of waiting time - or 45 minutes if your pick-up point is at the Lisbon Airport. Our estimated journey times do not take into account traffic conditions and other unforeseen circumstances - or your own travel requirements (e.g. how long before take-off you need to check in at an airport).  If your plans change, you can cancel your trip free of charge - 24 (twenty four) hours before the scheduled pick-up time. You will be notified of the relevant cancellation policy during the booking process.  Please read the pick-up instructions carefully. We will send you our service provider's contact details no later than 24 hours prior to your journey.
