The scenic drive along the Loire River takes approximately 20 minutes, offering lovely views of the surrounding countryside.

   2:00 PM: Arrival at Château de Chaumont-sur-Loire, a historic gem dating back to the 10th century and reconstructed in the 15th century by Charles I d'Amboise. This remarkable château, protected as a monument historique since 1840, is now open to the public. Notably, in 1559, Catherine de Medici forced Diane de Poitiers to exchange Château de Chenonceau for Chaumont, where Diane spent the last three years of her life.
