• Your Hop-On Hop-Off bus tour and river tour ticket gives you unlimited boardings across all stops and routes for the duration of your pass. Pop off to explore, then jump back on when you're ready to keep going
• Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The operator recommend arriving at your chosen stop at least 10 minutes early
• The Thames River Cruise can be boarded at Westminster, Tower, London Eye, or Greenwich Pier, subject to the latest operator timetable
• How to use; The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
• Water is allowed on board but the operator ask you to keep all other drinks and snacks for when you hop off the bus
• Audio commentary is available in English / Chinese / Spanish / Russian / Portuguese / Japanese / German / French / Italian / Polish
• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
• Smoking and drinking is not allowed
• Each bus has a dedicated pram storage area in the wheelchair zone. Spaces are first-come, first-served
• The busses are open-top double-decker buses offer great views, but the upper deck is not heated in winter or air-conditioned in summer, so dress appropriately for the weather
• Mobile or paper ticket accepted
• One per booking
• The e-voucher will be sent to your email and WhatsApp. Please present it at the designated location to exchange it for physical tickets. Ensure that the contact number you provided is active on WhatsApp, as your ticket will be sent one day before your scheduled activity.
