For customer service or to reschedule within 24 hours of departure, please call +1 917-935-4412. Call center hours: Daily, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time. Emergency hours: 5:00 PM–8:00 PM Eastern Time. A $15 per person rescheduling fee applies. Rescheduling is subject to availability. There are no refunds.
