In this hands-on class, you’ll prepare traditional French baguettes, rich brioches, and beautifully twisted babkas from scratch. Each recipe introduces different techniques and textures, giving you a broader understanding of bread making than a class focused on a single product. Guided by our professional chef, you’ll learn how to knead, shape, proof, score, fill, and bake each dough, while understanding why every step matters. The class is designed for all levels and takes place in a welcoming Parisian studio. You’ll work in a small group, receive personalized guidance, and enjoy a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The experience ends with a tasting of your freshly baked creations, accompanied by a selection of French products. You’ll leave with practical techniques, greater baking confidence, and delicious breads to enjoy.
