The new public observation deck stands at a height of 575 meters.Sit back in the lush couches. • Please keep only that PDF voucher or 7-digit order number(on your mobile phone is fine) received from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC) and show to the staff at the Burj Khalifa entrance / ticket counter along with a valid photo ID for them to scan and collect the physical ticket.
• Please note that during peak tourist season, weekend and public holidays this option will also have some waiting time at the Ticket Counter / Elevator.
• Please arrive at the redemption point 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.
• Due to high demand, your chosen time slot may not be available: if this happens you will be allocated a new time slot… a new time slot closest to your initially requested time subject to availability”
• Please note: Weather conditions cannot be guaranteed; there is no refund for hazy weather, when visibility would be low
• You can enter only at the time slot you choose, once inside, you can stay for as long as you like
• The booking confirmation is valid only for the specific date and time shown thereon and shall automatically expire upon the lapse of this specific date and time.
