Premium Airport Transfer Travel Safely in Comfort and Style

نکات برجسته

مسیر

The transport service begins with a seamless booking process, where customers select their preferred pickup location, vehicle type, and travel details online or via email. Once confirmed, the operations team schedules the service and assigns a professional driver, whose contact and vehicle details are shared with the guest at least 6 hours prior to pickup. For airport arrivals, a meet and greet service is provided inside the terminal with a City Guide Travel sign board, while other pickups are arranged curbside or at the hotel reception. The voucher must clearly indicate City Guide Travel for verification. The guest is then assisted with luggage and transported comfortably in a clean, air-conditioned vehicle to their destination. Upon arrival, the driver ensures a smooth drop-off experience, and the trip is closed in the system. We welcome feedback to continually enhance the service quality.
