According to our "No Show" policy, you will not receive a refund if you don't show up. You can only change your booking if you notify us at least 24 hours before the tour starts. If you do make a change within 24 hours, you will not get a refund. The planned route for the sightseeing tour might change due to unexpected events. For everyone's safety, the tour operator can refuse service to anyone who is drunk or appears to be drunk. If your tour is canceled for this reason, you will not receive a refund.
