   Rouen is the capital of Normandy since 843. This is one of the main French cities in antiquity of historical heritage and the number of historical monuments.    Deauville is the star of Normandy, an elegant and aristocratic seaside resort of international importance since the middle of the 19th century, is at the same time a very small town.
