Terminal access and meeting locations may vary depending on port regulations. • Any complimentary waiting time included in your booking begins from the scheduled pickup time. If disembarkation, customs, or luggage collection delays you, please contact us before the included waiting period ends. • Additional waiting time may be arranged subject to chauffeur availability and an additional fee. If you do not meet the chauffeur and do not contact us, the reservation may be considered a no-show and remain fully chargeable. • Changes requested less than 24 hours before pickup are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. • Extra stops, route changes, or requests that extend the journey must be arranged in advance and may incur an additional fee. • Each passenger may bring one standard suitcase and one carry-on bag, subject to the capacity of the selected vehicle.
