• Due to airport regulations, we are not able to pick up from Heathrow airport from the curbside you will have to make your own way to a Heathrow airport hotel where we can pick you up.
• This service is not available from the City of London, London Bridge, Tower of London and the Docklands Area
• Please note that on some occasions, particularly during major events, road closures, or unusually heavy traffic in Central London—we may need to adjust your scheduled pick-up time slightly earlier than planned. In rare cases, we may also need to reroute passengers to a nearby meeting point to ensure the service runs smoothly and on time. Rest assured, you will not be asked to make your own way to any alternate location. If any adjustments are necessary, our team will transport you directly and take care of all logistics.

• The full itinerary for the Cruise Shared Ride pickups from central London or Heathrow airport hotel will be uploaded onto EC Minibus cruise shared ride service page 24 hours before the travel date.  The driver will pick you up directly from your hotel, a 30-minute pick-up time slot will be provided. The duration of the Journey is approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions, we aim to get all passengers to Southampton cruise terminal by 13:30 PM. If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day. Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 Big suitcase - 29x21x11 inches / 74x54x28 cm (25 kg to 55 lbs) and 1 Small carry-on bag - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm.
