• Travellers requested to arrive at the meeting point 25 minutes before the tour starting time. Tours are time-sensitive and late arrivals cannot be accommodated
• Must bring Passport copy (Age 6 to 17 years old)
• Must bring student ID card (Age 18 -25 years old)
• Group size maximum 20 people
• Luggage Storage is available (charges will apply)
• Mobile or paper ticket accepted

• Important instructions for our ticket delivery service and entry protocol for the Vatican Museums : • Ticket Validity: Clients must collect their tickets or arrange to meet at the designated address before the specified time indicated on the ticket. Failure to do so will render the ticket invalid. Please note that our ticketing system operates on a time-sensitive scanning process, and entry will not be possible after the specified time has elapsed. • Security Checkpoints: Upon arrival at the venue, clients must proceed through security checkpoints together as a group. If a ticket is scanned more than once by the security guard, it will be immediately invalidated.
