The tour will begin at the time indicated at Via degli Avelli, 20 (Via degli Avelli, 20, 50123 Florence FI, Italy), at the corner of the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella (between Shake Cafè and Hotel Universo). Our assistant will be there with a sign that says "Tourism."

The start time can be adjusted up to 30 minutes before or after the selected time, depending on operational needs. Any updates will be reported by email or other available means of communication. If you are late, you will not be able to join the group and will not be entitled to a refund
