By completing a valid reservation you will allow us to pick you up at Roma Termini train station. Our driver will meet you at the indicated location showing you a name recognition sign, will give you help with your luggage and taking the fastest route will take you to the destination place in Rome. For train stations the waiting time is a maximum of 30 minutes from arrival after which without your communication the driver will be released and the service not refunded. If you have problems call the driver's number right away if you have it, or call the number indicated on the voucher so we can give directions to the driver. If you want to be picked up at Tiburtina station instead of Termini station you must expressly specify this when booking.
