Our truffle hunting class is the real deal, led by a Tuscan native who grew up in San Miniato, whose family has been part of the truffle hunting tradition in these parts for generations. Out in the woods, participants will get to see a truffle dog in action and witness the aspects of human involvement in the hunt. Afterwards, guests will share a home made lunch featuring classic dishes made with truffles of the season as stories are shared about legendary truffles and truffle hunters.
