    Itinéraire

    Arrival Cappadocia, Cappadocia Red Tour

    1. Our service starting with your departure transfer. Your driver will be pick you up from lobby or in front or nearby the your Airbnb if it is available for parking. If it is not, we will inform you meeting point.

      We need to arrange early flight from Istanbul to not miss any visits during the tour. Pick up is between 03:30am-04:30am, depends of location. Our team will inform the exact pick up time when we booked your flight tickets.

    2. Upon your arrival Cappadocia airport, you will meet with your driver in front of exit gate of arrival terminal in airport, driver will hold a sign with your name.

      Then, drive to Cappadocia - approx 1 hour from airport. Please, plan you flight to reach Cappadocia airports till 8am. If you book late flights, you may miss the many visits on the tour.

    3. We will pick you up from your hotel on 09.30am-10.00am (Approx) and depar for the Red Tour of Cappadocia. Then you will start the discover beatiful view of Cappadocia along the way.

    4. The first stop on today's tour is Uchisar Castle panorama where the ancient people were watching the Region on highest spot of Cappadocia. You can take the pictures of Uchisar Castle on your free time.

    Cappadocia green Tour

    1. Optional - Hot Air Balloon Tour

      Get ready for a unique wonderful experience in Cappadocia! We will pick you up from your hotel early in the morning (depending on the location of your hotel) and transfer you to the balloon site where you will have the opportunity to watch the balloon being prepared for its flight while enjoying a light breakfast snack; preparation time is generally 15 to 20 minutes. Your flight will begin at sunrise, where your pilot will ascend to a comfortable altitude of approximately 700 to 1000 meters above ground level. It is from this elevation that you will marvel at the beauty of Cappadocia below you. During certain segments of the flight, our pilots are also able to fly as low as 1 meter above rock formations, allowing you to take perfect pictures. The standard flight has a total of 60 fascinating minutes. There will be a champagne celebration at the end of the flight and you will be given a Flight Certificate, signed by your pilot. Transfer back to Hotel.

    2. After breakfast at the hotel, your guide and driver will take you between 09.30am-10.00am. then You will start discover beatiful view of Cappadocia.

    • If you want to join our tour after your flight to Istanbul New Airport (from different destinations). Please, inform the all of your arrival flight details during the booking. If your flight is landing to Istanbul airport late , we suggest the book tour for day after. Reason why, If you flight is going to late for early flights, you miss many visits during the tour.
    • All pricing are valid for double or triple room accommodations.
    • Our contracted hotels are going to be choose by the our team for your comfort by the their availabilities. We suggest to book the package tours as soon as earlier.
    • Check in time are at 2pm, check out time is at 11-12am. Therefore, If you are fling to destinations and directly starting the tours as on the itinerary, check in is possible after tour.
    • If You have flight to another destination on the tour day, You will be directly transfer to airport after tour. Please, check out your hotel and take your luggages with you before start the tour.
    • All domestic flights are economy class and including 15kg+8kg luggage.
    • Our team will send e-ticket for your domestic flights minimum 7 days before your departure. Your e-tickets and passports and reservation numbers are valid for check in on your flight. .
    • Our team may request the your passport details for your flights. If our clients do not share the informations, flights can not book.
    • Please, inform your hotel and stay details immediately, min 2 days before departure. We are providing transfers from/to Taksim and Sultanahmet (Old City) area. other destinations are subject to charge extra. or may be drop- to points in Taksim or Sultanahmet area.
    • If your hotel is locating at the airport, no need to provide the transfer.
    • Hot air balloon tour is up to weather condition for your safe. The Civil Aviation Authority determines whether the flight will be held. If your flight is cancelled due to inclement weather conditions, you are entitled to a partial refund. In such a case, your refund will be processed by the day after of that trip. Your refund rate will be the difference between options of "included balloon ride" and "excluded balloon ride" for the cancellations of the hot air balloon ride. We are getting confirmation about the flights from Civil Aviation Authority, one day ago. That sitiuation can not be reason for full refund or complaints.
    • Standart Balloon Tours' basket capacity are 16-28 people. Ballloon tours are for 1 hour (approximately). It might be little longer or shortes time by the weather condition. Pilots are decide to that within the safety rules of Civil Aviation Authority. Total activity duration is approximately 3 hours.
    • Please, let us know during the booking, If you request the vegeterian meals or specific dietary requirements at time of booking.
    • Child rates valid only when child sharing with 2 paying adults. If you will be 1 adult + 1 child, subject the charge full amounts of 2 adults.
