Abu Dhabi is just a two-hour drive from one of the busiest cities in the world—Dubai. Compared to Dubai, Abu Dhabi has a calm pace, avoiding the needless hustle and bustle of larger cities. However, this does not mean that the world-class city lags in modern lifestyle or infrastructure; in fact, Abu Dhabi is continually changing and growing. The city is preparing for the future with projects such as Masdar City—the city of the future. A tour of Abu Dhabi will be a fun-filled experience, welcoming you with the largest handmade handloom carpet in Sheikh Zayed Mosque, Etihad Towers, Emirates Palace Hotel, Qasr Al Watan, and more.

The city tour of Abu Dhabi will begin with a visit to the biggest mosque in the UAE and one of the largest mosques in the world, the ‘Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque,’ popularly known as ‘The White Mosque.’ It not only stands out as the largest mosque in the world but also as the only one that captures a unique interaction between the Islamic world and global cultures. Built with a vision to incorporate architectural styles from various Muslim civilizations, the mosque celebrates cultural diversity worldwide. Italian, British, and Emirati architects worked diligently to design and construct this architectural masterpiece. Its materials came from Turkey, Morocco, Pakistan, and Egypt, among other Islamic countries, resulting in a radiant architectural marvel with an impressive capacity of 40,000 worshippers and visitors. The mosque was named after the late president, His Highness Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
