• Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
• Not recommended for pregnant travelers
• Specialized infant seats are available

• Children must be accompanied by an adult
• A minimum of people per booking is required
• Transportation to the take-off location.
• Pregnant women should not fly. Children under 7 years old, people with acute heart problems, severe osteoporosis, or epilepsy and those who have recently undergone surgery. High heels are not allowed and you cannot smoke in and around the balloon.
• We recommend casual wear, cap and sturdy shoes. Avoid nylon and overly hot garments, since you will not feel the wind during the flight.
• Subject to the confirmation of a minimum number of passengers (except for exclusive flights) and favorable weather conditions, possible to be canceled at the last minute and postponed for safety reasons. All flights are confirmed by email until 20 hours before.
• Mobile or paper ticket accepted
