If you have purchased an audio-guided ticket, you can access the interior of the basilica directly (through the ticket reserved for those who have previously booked) showing the ticket received (not this voucher), even in electronic format. You must show it to the reception staff at the counter located in the portico of the basilica, where you will be given the audio guide. The audio guide must be returned to the reception desk no later than 60 minutes from the time of booking. FOR CLIENTS WHO HAVE SELECTED THE SEMI-PRIVATE GUIDED TOUR OPTION: You will meet your guide at the meeting point: Via Liberiana 27, on the left side of the basilica, near the start of the access fences with reservation. At the meeting point you will find our guide with a sign that says “Tourism” Please go to the meeting point 10 minutes before the start of the visit; if you are late, you may miss it. The start time of the experience may vary before or after the selected time, depending on the operational needs of the monument. Any changes will be communicated by email and through other available communication channels."
