• Due to the religious nature of the Cathedral, all individuals regardless of gender must cover their shoulders and knees. Walks cannot be held responsible for those denied entry.
• During Christmas, Easter periods, and liturgical celebrations, due to increased visitor traffic, the Duomo skip-the-line option is not guaranteed. As a result, you may encounter a wait before entering the Duomo.

• Please note that the order of stops and itinerary may vary.
• Please note that the Galleria dell’Accademia admission ticket (€24 per person) is included in the tour price (€20 admission ticket + €4 reservation fee).

There is no bag check or storage available. - Visitors to the Cathedral must mandatory use Luggage Storage (Piazza Duomo n. 38/r) to leave the following items before entry: suitcases, backpacks, and large or medium-sized bags. - On Sundays, we will not enter the Cathedral of Florence due to Sunday mass. The guide will provide an explanation of the Duomo from the outside. - Due to the religious nature of the Cathedral, all individuals regardless of gender must cover their shoulders and knees. You can bring extra covering (scarves, etc) to put on just before entering the Cathedral. Walks cannot be held responsible for those denied entry. - Flip-flops, slippers, clogs and shoes with heels are prohibited inside the Cathedral. - Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated. - During Christmas, Easter periods, and liturgical celebrations, due to increased visitor traffic, the Duomo skip-the-line option is not guaranteed.
