Along with providing you with expert knowledge, your guide will also point out the best places to capture that perfect picture during your tour, as you tour the circumference of the Colosseum.

Meet our staff at our Travel Agency at Via Labicana, 96 (300 meters from the Colosseum entrance). Our staff will give you the Colosseum/Palatine Hill/Roman Forum tickets and the QR code to download the audioguide app on your SmartPhone.

• You must have a valid photo ID to enter the Colosseum (student's ID, Driver License, Passport or State ID all work.) You will be asked to also provide your name, last name and date of birth (at the beginning of the tour, if not provided beforehand.) Security may prevent you from entering the site if the information provided is not accurate and/or don't match the one on your ID.
• Customers have a mandatory meeting time stated 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time due to managing and organizational reasons.
• It is recommended to bring a charged smartphone and, if possible, headphones to better listen to the audio guide.
• Cancellations, changes or issues due to weather, security and events held by the monument are beyond our control and are directly decided by their administration team. These issues will be reviewed by us and dealt with on an individual basis but are the responsibility of the monument.
• Please note that for safety reasons the Coliseum can accommodate up to 3.000 people at once.This could lead to delays in access to the site, even for pre-booked visitors.
• The exact timings and reservations can vary, dependant on the monument/attractions administration offices availabilities and decisions on the booking day and can be subject to last minute changes. Departure time can differ up to 20 minutes from your selected time.
• Due to uneven surfaces, this tour is not recommended for those with walking disabilities or using a wheelchair.
• Please be aware that large bags/backpacks/suitcases are not permitted in the monument/ attraction. Only very small bags are allowed. Please do not bring these items with you on the day of your tour as there are no cloakrooms at the monument.
• Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult and Pets are not allowed inside the venue

The ticket redemption point is at Via Labicana 96. Please arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before your booking time. Our Staff will provide you with the ticket and the audio guide App QR Code. You need a latest-generation smartphone not produced before 2020 to download the Audioguide application. We recommend bringing headphones AND A CHARGED SMARTPHONE. COLOSSEUM RULES FOR ALL VISITORS Late arrivals or no-shows are not refundable. Tickets are named, timed, dated, and not refundable. You must have a VALID PHOTO ID to enter the Colosseum (Driver's License, Passport, or State ID all work.) Security will prevent you from entering the site if the information provided is not accurate and doesn't match the one on your ID. Please note that the Colosseum's capacity regulations and security may delay the tour departure even for pre-booked travelers, and it can influence the smooth running of the tour. Due to unpredictable events, the order in which the sites are visited may vary. The Colosseum Administration has the faculty to close the Colosseum or parts of it with or without warning. Our Staff is not responsible if the phone number left during your booking is incorrect or inactive. The tour duration in June, July, and August is 2 hours due to the excessive heat. This tour is not wheelchair accessible. The tour operates in every weather condition! Please dress for the weather accordingly.
