As required by the UAE Coast Guard, all guests must carry an original and valid form of identification. Foreign nationals must present a passport, while UAE residents can present either an Emirates ID or a passport. Guests without valid ID will not be allowed to board. Please arrive 30 minutes before departure time for check-in procedures and verification. If you arrive late, your booking will be marked as a no-show, and 100% of the charges will apply. Due to potential heavy traffic in the marina area, please ensure you arrive on time. For safety reasons, pregnant women, people with back problems, and children under 5 years old are not permitted on board.
