• Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
• Public transportation options are available nearby
• Specialized infant seats are available
• Not recommended for pregnant travelers
• Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
• Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• A trike driver must be 18-69 years old, a trike passenger - at least 12 y.o. The ability to ride a two-wheeled bicycle depends on the client's physical capabilities.
• If you want to ride with a child of 1-6 years old, we can provide a classic electric bike with a special child seat (EU certified), this is the only option to take your child on the tour. Maximum weight of the child (including clothing) is 22 kg (48.5 lbs). The child will go free of charge, but please mention it in the "Special requirements" field.
• In case of light rain (up to 1 mm per hour), proper raincoats are provided free of charge and tours run as planned. In cases of extreme weather your tour may be rescheduled or canceled with a full refund for your safety.
• Infant seats available free of extra charge for Live Guided tours but on self-guided (GPS) tours it cost 20 euro for the whole tour duration.
• Not recommended for people with limited mobility
• Only persons capable of safely operating the vehicle with both hands are permitted to drive. Persons with impaired function of a hand, palm, or fingers that prevents full control are not allowed to operate the vehicle.
• Mobile or paper ticket accepted

• The meeting point is Maltezske sq. 7, Praha-11800. Our shop is next door to the Embassy of Japan. Please be there 10-15 minutes before the planned start. If you not sure you can come on time - you can come 1 up to 2 hours in advance as you do for airport :) Please bring a valid driver's license (for trike drivers), or your ID or passport, or at least it's copy in mobile (for others). We reserve the right to refuse service if we can't verify your age (see possible age restrictions in the tour description). Please dress according to the weather, unless it's a hot summer day. It can be a little colder driving than walking. Please note: The itinerary is provided as a general guide and is subject to change due to operational needs, weather conditions, traffic, or local circumstances. If you have any questions feel free to call us +420 724 280 838 In case of light rain (less than 1 mm per hour), suitable rain ponchos will be provided and the tour will run as planned. In case of showers, wind over 70 km/h or ice on the street, the tour might be rescheduled or cancelled with a full refund. However, if you did not call us, and not came on time - your case marked as no-shows without any option for moving to another time slot or refund. Please note that the last 30 min before the tour we do only checks in on spot, we do not reply to the messages in Viator messenger, whatsapp etc.
