• Please present your mobile or printed booking confirmation to the Guide Works coordinator at the meeting point. Your coordinator and guide will be waiting near the Eiffel Tower Entrance 2 (East Pillar), holding a green flag for easy identification. Tickets will be distributed on-site before the tour begins. Your guide will then lead the group for the stair climb to the 2nd floor. You may experience waiting times to enter the Eiffel Tower, which can vary depending on the season and time of day; queues for lifts and mandatory security checks typically range from 30 minutes up to 1–2 hours. After the guided climb experience, guests will continue to the top floor by elevator at their own pace. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
