   Colosseum

   Your experience begins with a brief introduction to Ancient Rome, where your expert guide will provide the essential historical context to help you fully appreciate the sites you'll visit. From there, you'll make your way with your small group to the Colosseum, the most iconic monument of the Roman Empire. Please note: This tour includes access to the Colosseum's 1st and 2nd levels. Access to the Arena Floor, Underground, and 3rd level is NOT included.

Our staff will be waiting for you outside the Basilica on Santi Cosma and Damiano, which is located in Via dei Fori Imperiali 1. You can recognize our staff by the light blue vest they will be wearing. Please make sure to arrive to the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the tour starts.

• Important: The full name of every participant (including children) must exactly match the name shown on their valid passport or government-issued ID. Nicknames, incomplete names, or incorrect names will result in denied entry by the Colosseum authorities. Please ensure all information is accurate at the time of booking. • Children must be 17 years old or younger on the day of the tour to qualify for the youth rate.
• Colosseum entrance tickets are non-refundable and cannot be modified once issued.
• Every participant must present a valid passport or government-issued ID that matches the name on the booking. Entry cannot be guaranteed without a matching ID.
• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to complete the check-in process.
• The meeting time may occasionally change due to operational requirements. If this happens, the activity provider will contact you by phone or message. Please provide a valid phone number, including your country code.
• All visitors are required to pass through a security screening with a metal detector before entering the Colosseum. This procedure is mandatory for everyone.
• Late arrivals cannot be accommodated and are not eligible for a refund.
• The following items are not permitted inside the Colosseum: large backpacks, large bags or luggage, pets, weapons, sharp objects, alcohol, drugs, spray cans, and glass containers.

• This tour involves a considerable amount of walking over uneven terrain, cobblestones, and steps. Comfortable walking shoes are strongly recommended. Due to the route and the archaeological site's terrain, this experience is not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with significant mobility limitations or those recovering from recent surgery.
