Point de rendez-vous

The meeting point for this cruise is located on Pier 62 of the Chelseas Piers Complex. If walking you must cross the Westside Highway and walk around the north side of the Chelsea Piers building toward the Hudson River. The ticket booth is located at Pier 62 just steps away from the dock.

• Service animals are permitted; emotional support animals and pets are not permitted
• The boat is not wheelchair accessible. If you require assistance for boarding please let us know in advance so that we can better assist you
• It is illegal for guests to bring aboard alcohol
• Plan to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time to check-in at the ticket booth for boarding passes
• Bring a photo ID that matches the name listed on the reservation
• Large group bookings are not permitted. Multiple bookings are subject to added fees or cancellation by operator
• Please note that peak fall foliage is not guaranteed. We have seen fall colors at their peak as early as mid-October and as late early December along the waterfront in the Palisades of New Jersey (the prime destination of our fall foliage excursions). Refunds due to ‘lack of color’, will not be honored.
• Plan to bring warm layers - hat, gloves, scarf, coat - pending the forecasted weather
• Seating may be assigned

• One per booking
• There's no need to print anything prior to check-in at the meeting point. Please bring a photo ID that matches the name listed on the reservation to the ticket booth and we'll issue boarding passes at check-in. Plan to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the departure time. Boarding begins promptly 5 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. If lost, please call 212-627-1825. We're located at the corner of Pier 62 of the Chelsea Piers Complex, between 22nd and 23rd street and the Hudson River. The meeting point is at the northernmost end of the Chelsea Piers Complex. The booth is located at the Hudson River, just steps from the dock.
