To collect your official tickets, please visit our main office at ITALY PASS TOURS, located just a few blocks from the Accademia Gallery. Meeting Point - Via de pucci 37r Please do not go directly to the museum entrance. Once our receptionist checks you in, you will receive your tickets. If you have booked an audio guide, your QR code will be provided for immediate access. While your ticket allows you to skip the booking line, all visitors must pass through the mandatory security check. To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive at our meeting point at least 20 minutes before your scheduled entry time. PLEASE NOTE: for the kids below 18 yo passport/ID card is required.
