• Once the tour is finished, clients can remain inside the museum if they want to keep visiting it on their own

Guests are required to be at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time as tours will start at the exact scheduled time. No delays are tolerated and will not entitle any refund, not even a partial one. • Even with skip-the-line access, a security check may cause delays. • On the first Sunday, Accademia entry is free but not reservable. • Big bags, backpacks, liquids not allowed. • Transport between meeting points not included.
