The Cathedral is closed to visitors on Sundays and during religious ceremonies. Entrance to the Florence Cathedral Santa Maria del Fiore is fee and not applicable for any refund.
Please follow the dress code: clothing should cover the knees and shoulders; sandals, flip-flops, hats, and sunglasses are not permitted; bare shoulders, bare legs, sheath dresses, drawstring/tank tops, and revealing necklines are not allowed; and shorts or skirts must be knee-length or longer.
