The experience begins with a guided tour of the historic winery, offering a complete immersion into the history of winemaking, fermentation techniques, and aging processes. You will then visit Frantoio Villa l’Olmo, where you can observe and learn about the traditional olive-pressing process using granite millstones. At the end of the tour, you will take part in a professional and engaging tasting of five Diadema IGT Super Tuscan wines and two Extra Virgin Olive Oils, set in a magnificent panoramic area.
