The London Eye Pier is located directly underneath the London Eye, the ‘Boat ticket sales and entrance’ is on the right hand-side. Please do not queue at the ticket office as you have already pre-booked tickets, head straight down onto the floating pontoon towards Boarding Gate One.

• We cannot take wheelchairs on-board, disabled guests are welcome but they will need to come out of their chair (with their carers assistance) to board the vessel and must be able to sit unaided on-board.
• Please advise the operator in advance if you have a buggy or wheelchair and our team will look after your property whilst you are enjoying the experience.

• One per booking
• Guests need to check-in with a member of Thames Rockets team 15 minutes before their departure time at Boarding Gate One, London Eye Pier.
