• A valid driver's license is required.
• The minimum age to drive a trike is 18 years old. Trike passenger must be 18 to 75 y.o.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult and can go only in the back seat.
• Maximum age to participant as a Trike driver 69 y.o. For overage we can provide a classic electric bike instead.
• If you want to ride with a child of 1-6 years old, we can provide a classic electric bike instead of a Trike with a special child seat (EU certified), this is the only option to take your child on the tour. The maximum weight of the child (including clothing) is 22 kg (48.5 lbs). The child will go free of charge, but please mention it in the "Special requirements" field. The maximum number of such kids in the group is 2
• In case of light rain (under 1 mm per hour) proper raincoats will be provided free of charge and tour runs as planned. In cases of extreme weather your tour may be rescheduled or canceled with a full refund for your safety.
• Activity is strongly forbidden for persons who is under influence of alcohol, drugs or strong medicine
• Only persons capable of safely operating the vehicle with both hands are permitted to drive. Persons with impaired function of a hand, palm, or fingers that prevents full control are not allowed to operate the vehicle.

• The meeting point is Maltezske sq. 7, Praha-11800. Our shop is next door to the Embassy of Japan. Please be there 10-15 minutes before the planned start. If you not sure you can come on time - you can come 1 up to 2 hours in advance as you do for airport :) For trike drivers, please bring your valid driver's license. For others, your ID or passport (or it's copy in mobile). We reserve the right to refuse service if we can't verify your age (see possible age restrictions in the tour description). Please dress according to the weather, unless it's a hot summer day. It can be a little colder driving than walking. Please note: The itinerary is provided as a general guide and is subject to change due to operational needs, weather conditions, traffic, or local circumstances. If you have any questions feel free to call us +420 724 280 838 In case of light rain (less than 1 mm per hour), suitable rain ponchos will be provided and the tour will run as planned. In case of showers, wind over 70 km/h or ice on the street, the tour might be rescheduled or cancelled with a full refund. However, if you did not call us, and not came on time - your case marked as no-shows without any option for moving to another time slot or refund. Please note that the last 30 min before the tour we do only checks in on spot, we do not reply to the messages in Viator messenger, whatsapp etc.
