Your chauffeur will arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. The chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and then escort you to your vehicle. • Pick up time will be confirmed with the local supplier before the travel date. Once booking has been confirmed, the local supplier will reach out to you to confirm your preferred pick up time.
• This service is not available to the City from London, London Bridge, Tower of London and the Docklands Area
