After your booking is confirmed, you will receive your confirmation message for pickup /drop off information by text message, WhatsApp, and/or email. Our team will process your booking and assign a professional driver. For airport arrivals, we monitor your flight status and adjust the pickup timing if your flight is delayed. Your driver will be sent to the airport based on your updated arrival time. Up to 60 minutes free waiting time after flight actual arrival time. Standard pickup is curbside pickup. Meet-and-greet service inside the terminal is also available upon request for an additional fee. Your driver will hold a sign displaying the lead passenger’s name on the vehicle windshield and will contact you through WhatsApp when they arrive. If needed, passengers can use the airport or hotel’s available Wi-Fi/free internet connection to contact their driver. Our 24/7 customer support team is available throughout your trip to assist with pickup coordination, flight updates, driver communication, and any unexpected issues, helping ensure a smooth and comfortable transfer.
