In case of delays, your driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly at no extra cost. Pricing: All prices are all-inclusive, with no booking fees or hidden charges (including VAT). Private service: This is a private transfer. The vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your group.

You can contact your driver via WhatsApp on the day of the transfer to notify them of any delays or to help locate them at the meeting point. In Barcelona, our sedan vehicles can carry a maximum of 4 pieces of luggage in total, regardless of size. If your booking is for more than 4 passengers, this restriction does not apply. If you arrive with more luggage than allowed and it does not fit in the vehicle, the driver will be happy to assist you in arranging an additional vehicle from the taxi stand. Indus Pickups cannot cover the cost of any additional vehicle. At Indus Pickups, we understand that it may take some time to reach your pickup point, so we offer complimentary waiting time depending on the service booked: Airport pickup: 60 minutes The complimentary waiting time begins from the scheduled pickup time. In exceptional cases where you are delayed at the airport or require additional time, we recommend contacting our customer support as soon as possible. Please note that additional waiting time may incur extra charges depending on the vehicle type: Sedan: EUR 6.00 per 15 minutes Minivan: EUR 10.00 per 15 minutes We recommend switching on your mobile phone or connecting to the airport’s free Wi-Fi upon arrival. If we are unable to contact you within 1 hour after your actual flight arrival time, the driver may have to leave. In case of flight delays, your driver will track your flight using the number provided in your booking and adjust the waiting time according to the flight’s actual arrival time.
