Designed for small private group up to 8 - curious travelers, food lovers, families and first-time visitors, this walking food tour is guided by a true Roman, born and raised in the city, who will take you to taste Rome in the same places he enjoys with friends and family. More than a tasting, it’s a journey through Rome’s culture and traditions, discovering why Roman cuisine is simple, authentic, and unforgettable. Start in Trastevere, strolling cobblestone lanes while tasting pizza bianca with mortadella and the famous trapizzino. Cross Ponte Sisto for views over the Tiber, then reach Campo de’ Fiori, one of Rome’s most lively historic squares. Taste local specialties including truffle creams, balsamic vinegar, extra-virgin olive oil, cheeses, salami and limoncello, surrounded by market colors and aromas. Finish with a layered Roman coffee with pistachio cream (or Nutella/white chocolate). Great for all ages too.

After Campo de Fiori the show must go on, so we continue our tour via del Pellegrino, listen to our guide explain where the history of this street originates from, and get ready to eat the popular trio: Spaghetti Amatriciana, Spaghetti Carboanare, and Spaghetti Cacoi e pepe. A mix of Roman typical fresh pasta, but guess which one has American origin!
