When you are ready, your driver will be waiting for you to head back to Florence.

On the edge of the square, you can also find a great sculptural masterpiece by Giambologna - The Fountain of Neptune, a symbol of the city. Many of the most important historical buildings of the city are on the outskirts of Piazza Maggiore. With its stunning medieval architecture, this square embodies the essence of Bologna’s beauty.
