The driver will meet the client outside of hotel entrance. Customers are required to be ready 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time and consider a flexibility of 20 minutes due to the varying conditions of traffic. The service includes 30 minutes of waiting time in the hotels.   If the client does not meet the driver upon arrival, he must call to the telephone number in Voucher immediately. The agent will help the passenger to locate the driver. If under any circumstance, the passenger leaves the meeting point without contacting this number, he will be charged for the full cost of the transfer (not refundable).

• Transfer’s duration is approximate; the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
• Wheelchair and assistance are available only on request and at least with 7 days in advance. In this case, usually, it would be needed at least a minivan or similar and the rate may be different from the one published
• Mobile or paper ticket accepted
