From the confirmation of the Reservation to the arrival at the destination, the passenger runs on direct accompaniment from the staff, clear communication and a service prepared in advance according to their needs. The trip is carried out exclusively for your group, in a spacious Mercedes-Benz Class V, without shares, transport changes or unnecessary stops. The driver presents himself professionally, provides assistance with luggage and ensures a quiet journey between Lisbon and Porto, with the possibility of a short stop of comfort. We are an independent Portuguese company and privilege close, discreet and flexible care, so that each passenger knows who will receive him and can travel with confidence from the first contact.
After the Reservation, you will receive a service confirmation and the time, pick-up location, destination, number of passengers, baggage and any special requests such as child seats will be validated. On the day of the transfer, the driver will be at the agreed place a few minutes before the scheduled time. At airport pickups, you will wait in the arrival area with a sign with the name of the main passenger. In hotels or accommodations, you will be at the entrance or reception. The driver will help with the baggage and accompany the group to the Mercedes-Benz Class V. The journey between Lisbon and Porto is direct, private and exclusive to your group, without sharing with other passengers or scheduled tourist stops. During the tour, which takes approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes, you will enjoy water, snacks, Wi-Fi and chargers. If necessary, a short comfort stop may be made. Upon arrival at Port, the driver will leave the passengers directly at the hotel, accommodation or address previously indicated and will again assist with the baggage.
