Checking documents & tickets will take time at the security gate, all visitors must pass through AIRPORT-STYLE security checks. During busy days the wait at security checks can take up to 30 minutes. Please be patient while you are in the security check line. When purchasing the ticket, each visitor must enter their personal data. At the entrance, the visitor must show: the name ticket an original identity document. Access will not be granted if the data provided does not match the identity document. In this case, no refund will be provided
