   Arena Floor option

   Begin at the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill with your licensed guide — walk the ruins of temples and imperial palaces that were the beating heart of ancient Rome. Then continue to the Colosseum for exclusive access to the Arena Floor, the historic stage where gladiators once fought before 50,000 spectators. Private group. Must book minimum 5 days in advance.

   Underground option

   Start at the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill, then enter the Colosseum for the most complete experience available. Descend into the Underground — the restricted tunnels and chambers where gladiators and animals waited before the games — then emerge onto the Arena Floor above. Two levels of restricted access in one private tour. Private group. Must book minimum 30 days in advance.
