Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's that easy!

• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
• Please provide the following information: Your flight details (flight number, airline name, departure/arrival date and time) and hotel name and address.

Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable • After leaving the International Area / Luggage claim and having passed the automatic doors, look directly in front of you: all guides, assistants and drivers are holding their signs in the hallway. If you do not see your name or agency logo, please walk down the aisle to your left or right, going around, so as to get to where the assistants are holding the signs; your driver will most likely be looking for you as well. Please identify yourself by showing them a copy of your booking voucher.
