Please enter the Prisons Palace through the main entrance. Once inside, proceed to the Information Point on the right-hand side, where our staff will check your voucher and provide further instructions. Please be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the departure time.

• Please carefully check the title and inclusions of the option booked, as not all options include all services. Prison Palace is located near St. Mark’s Square, next to the Doge’s Palace. Do not go to the entrance of the Doge’s Palace. To reach Prison Palace, cross the bridge on the right side of the Doge’s Palace entrance. Please arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes before the departure time. Please enter Prison Palace and proceed upstairs to the first floor.
