Once you have booked the tour, you can go to the rental point to pick up your bikes. To welcome the participants there will be a specialized instructor, who will hold a briefing on the bike, the route and the operation of the app, to ensure a safe start with the Virtual Guide. On the day of the tour the arrival is expected at the e-bike rental in Empoli, with bike delivery and brief briefing on controls, assistance and safety. The route is a cycle tour of about 30 km with 600 m of altitude difference, all on paved and quiet secondary roads, at the foot of Montalbano. You cycle through vineyards, olive groves and farms entering the countryside of Vinci, with recommended scenic stops in the surroundings of the village. The tour also allows you to visit Vinci, linked to Leonardo, born in 1452 in Anchiano, with the possibility of tastings in the company and light lunch among rows and olive trees before returning to Empoli.
