   We’re using 100% raw sheep’s milk from these hills. You will personally add the rennet, stir the cauldron, and break the curd with your own hands.    We're now driving through the Chianti hills.

   Look out the windows: those are the Sangiovese vineyards used for Chianti wine. You’ll also see plenty of olive groves and typical cypress trees along the way. It’s the heart of the Tuscan countryside. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the view from the van.

   At Cantina Torciano you'll taste more than eight different wines, including the noble Chianti, paired with a full Tuscan dinner: antipasto, primo, secondo, and dessert, all included. You'll also sample estate olive oils and aged balsamic vinegars, straight from the source. It's not a tasting — it's a long, unhurried Tuscan table, the way it's meant to be.

   Note: This is the experience when you choose the Evening Tour. During the Morning Tour (departure at 8:00), the winery stop features a wine tasting paired with estate olive oils, aged balsamic vinegars, and a Tuscan antipasto.
