• The Seine River cruise operates daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with departures every 30 minutes. Your cruise tickets are valid for 1 year and can be used anytime within that period.
• The time you select during booking is only for your Eiffel Tower entry.
• You will receive your cruise tickets in PDF format one day before your scheduled date, sent via email or WhatsApp.
• Please be aware that longer waiting times are possible during peak season.
• The guide’s commentary starts beneath the Eiffel Tower. You’ll be accompanied to the 2nd floor; summit floor is unaccompanied.
• Guide service lasts approximately 25–30 minutes, followed by free time to explore at your own pace with access to additional digital content and city skyline highlights.
• This activity is not suitable for wheelchair users, stroller users, or guests who require walking sticks, due to the Eiffel Tower’s limited accessibility.

The Seine river cruise runs from 10am till 10pm daily and departs every 30 minutes.
