   Eiffel Tower

   Crowds of visitors arrive from around the world to gaze up in wonder at the Eiffel Tower. You will ascend to the second floor to enjoy one of the best views of Paris. Your expert guide will not only tell you the fascinating and fun history of the tower (Parisians hated her when she was first built!), they will also point out and comment upon the many famous Parisian monuments that punctuate the skyline, sharing anecdotes and advice on the best way to see the sights of the capital, such as the Montmartre neighbourhood, the Arc de Triomphe, the Louvre and Notre Dame Cathedral. Your climb by elevator continues to the very top level of the tower. Peek into Gustave’s personal apartment at the summit, or treat yourself to a drink at the champagne bar as you enjoy the endless panorama.

Meet your guide on the end of the Pont d'Iena, directly opposite the Eiffel Tower. Do not go under the tower. The Tower is directly in front of you and the river is behind you, on the right hand side of the bridge when facing the tower. Your guide will have an orange badge on an orange lanyard.
